  Great food, however I ordered my food almost 40 minutes ago online.
  
  We'll see if they have my complete order. Usually they don't. They usually have to replace an item or two because they historically run out of pecan rolls.
  
  And for the sixth time they need to replace or cancel my dessert.
  
  Don't get me wrong.
  
  Staff 5 stars.
  Food 5 stars.
  Value 5 stars.
  Prepared 2 stars. (This has happened multiple times at different times from noon to 8:00 between Friday through Sunday and they still cannot get this right.
  
  I discovered while speaking with an employee. Apparently the baker only comes in twice a day.
  
  Here's a tip for management.

  How many orders did we get for X?
  If you make 36 units of X and you received 48 orders for X. You may consider making 52 X. Because chances are you're missing impulsive in store buyers too.
  
  Yes, I got my order for free. That's great, but not what I wanted. I want my order the way I ordered it. Not free food... Sorry.

  I love food there. It is my favorite fast food. It is healthy, they have plenty of choices. Delicious soups, salads, paninis and bread.
